Scorpions

10 oz. Beefeater

7.5 oz. Lime

3.5oz. Orgeat

1.5 oz. Falernum

Build in a 64 oz. Collins (you can use a flower vase of approx. Height.)  Top with crushed.  Swizzle.  Float red wine. Crown cocktail with crushed. Garnish with flowers in season).  Add 6-8 large straws.

4 dash Angostura bitters

2 oz Donn’s mix #2

3 oz lime juice

3 oz Zombie mix**

6 oz Appleton’s V/X

6 oz Ron del Barrilito

4 oz Lemon Heart 151

Shake & Strain into skull bowl filled with kold draft.  Drop 4 tea holders of dry ice.

** Zombie Mix:  4 falernum: 2 grenadine: 1 absinthe

2 oz. oj

4 oz. lemon

2 oz. orgeat

10 oz. light rum

1 oz. pisco

Flash Blend.  Pour into scorpion filled with fresh ice.  Fill volcano with 151 demerara.  Garnish with gardenias.
