Rain Killer

1/2 oz. lime
1/2 oz. oj
1/2 oz. pineapple
1/2 oz. simple
1 1/2 oz. spirit of choice
dash of angustura
Build in Hurricane glass.  Top with Crushed ice.  Garnish with mint.

Sidewinder’s Fang

1/2 oz. lime juice
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. passion fruit syrup
1 oz. Coruba
1 oz. Demerara rum
Shake with a piece of cracked ice, and strain into a hurricane glass over cubed ice. Top with soda, and garnish with an orange spiral.

Hurricane (Original)

3 oz. Dark Jamaican Rum
1.5 oz. Lemon
1.5 oz. Passion Fruit syrup.
Serve in 20 oz. Hurricane/Thistle Glass.  Top with crushed ice.

1/2 lime
1/2 Falernum
1/2 benedictine
2 Rum
Shake, strain, ctl


2 oz. demerara rum
1 barspoon of demerara syrup
1 dash each of angustura and orange bitters
Stir. Float 2 barspoons of cloudy apple juice. Garnish with orange twist.


Painkiller with Puerto Rican Rum; No nutmeg.
Build in Pilsner.  Top with crushed.  Swizzle.  Garnish with orchid and pineapple stick.

6 Lime chunks
5 Angostura
1/2 Curaceau
1/2 Gomme
2 Brugal Anejo
Muddle, swizzle, Collins same fruit

Roman Punch

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz raspberry syrup
1 oz light rum
1 oz brandy
1/2 oz Port, float
Build in Collins. Add crushed ice. Swizzle. Float Port.

Jet Pilot

1/2oz lime juice
1/2oz grapefruit juice
1/2oz cinnamon syrup
1/2oz falernum
1oz dark Jamaican rum
3/4oz gold Puerto Rican rum
3/4oz 151-proof demerara rum
1 dash Angostura bitters
6 drops Herbsaint or Pernod
Shake.  Pour into double Rocks with ice.  MInt Sprig.

1/8 oz grenadine
1/4 oz cointreau
1/4 oz benedictine
1/2 oz cherry heering
2 dash angostura bitters
Shake and Strain
