Classic frozen drinks have been neglected for way too long. Pina Coladas and Strawberry Daiquiris are no longer considered a guilty pleasure to be enjoyed on cruise ships and hidden island resorts. Don't be afraid to try your luck.

Missionary’s Downfall

10 leaves fresh mint
3/4 oz. Pineapple
1 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. peach liqueur
1/2 oz. honey
1 1/2 oz. clear rum
Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Purée until smooth.  Garnish with pineapple wedge and MInt Sprig.

Frozen Muddled Mission

1 1/2 oz Junipero
3/4 oz lemon
1/4 oz yellow chartreuse
1 oz saint germain
1 piece strawberries

Shark’s Tooth

Tiger Shark with 1/2 oz. of cherry herring

The Flaming Coconaut

1 1/2 ounce of cream of coconut
3/4 ounce of fresh lime juice
1 1/2 ounces of dark jamacian rum
Blend.  Serve Frozen.  Garnish with flaming half lime.

Tiger Shark

3/4  oz. gold rum
3/4  oz. light rum
3/4 oz. 151-proof demerara rum
1 oz. pineapple
1/2 oz. lime
1 oz. simple syrup
Put ingredients in a blender and blend briefly to juice pineapple. Add small or cracked ice and blend again for about five seconds. Pour into your pineapple goblet and serve with a large caliber straw.

1 1/2 oz. Silver Rum
1 1/2 oz. Cream of coconut
2 pieces of Pineapple
1 oz. Pineapple
Garnish with chunk of pineapple.
